Return Policy

All Private-Door operators are extensively tested before
they are shipped. The likelihood that a defective product was shipped is
minimal. Private-Door realizes that an occasional request may be made by
customers to return a product for a refund. To cover the cost of
administration, testing and returning the product to stock there will be a
minimum of a 25% restocking fee. To qualify for a 25% restocking fee the
product must be returned in a "like new" condition with all component in
original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Private-Door reserves the
right to increase the restocking fee to recover for items not returned or
additional cost
to return product to a "like new" condition. Private-Door's shop rate is $65.00 an hour.
Prior to returning a product call the factory at
1.630.629.1213 for an RMA number. Any product returned without an RMA number
will be refused. All materials must be shipped prepaid and insured by the
sender. Any product shipped collect will be refused. The address to ship the
product to will be given when the RMA number is issued.
Tri-Cor reserves the right to change this Policy. Any changes to this
policy will be posted to this page as soon as reasonably possible and will
become effective immediately. Therefore, please check this page
periodically.
