Service and Technical AssistancePrivate-Door provides extensive installation manuals that provide the answers to most technical and service questions. Private-Door will provide assistance to installers over the phone. To expedite service, prior to calling for assistance please have available the following: Model / Serial Number / Technical Manuals Complete manuals are available for downloading in a PDF format. For technical assistance call 1.630.629.1213 between 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Monday through Thursday. And 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM on Friday. There is no technical support available on Saturday and Sunday. Components that need to returned for repair require an RMA number. All repairs must be shipped prepaid and insured by the sender. A Private-Door technician will evaluate the repairs required, determine the estimated cost, and customer service will contact you for approval prior to performing any repairs.
